The Cebu dancing inmates are back performing Michael Jackson’s “They Don’t Care About Us.” Included in this awesome performance are Michael Jackson’s long time choreographer Travis Payne and the MJ dancers. I can’t help but notice the cool Michael Jackson shirts they are wearing. Enjoy the video!
