Welcome back Showtime
The very amazing talent-variety morning program “Showtime” was back last Tuesday, Jan 19, 2010. The temporary restraining order issued by the Court of Appeals allowed the program to be aired again. Last week, the program was put under preventive suspension by the Movie Television Review and Classification Board because of the comments made by Rosanna Roces, a former guest judge. Everyone was excited and happy on this comeback. The opening production number was really fabulous.
My Lola and I are both fanatics of this show. Our day won’t be complete unless we watch “Showtime.”
Filipinos have the chance again to show their talent and have fun with fellow kapamilyas. Welcome back “Showtime!”

I am not a regular viewer of Showtime but I like this show when I saw it a couple of times on TV. They encourage Filipinos in all ages to share their talent. I was shocked to learn from my co-worker that the show was suspended because of the insensitive and tackless comments made by Rosanna Roces. Too bad! She should have not been invited! Anyways, it’s good that they are now back!
It’s a lesson for them not to invite mindless and unprofessional guest artists.
